Anthony Joshua is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize next month's bout.
Former two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I plan to injure his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
Despite those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - usually known for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's History
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's biggest financial successes, regularly earning huge earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would prevent the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the customary confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it drove home just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is truly happening.
