Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this new image disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further images disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
